The connector does not identify the standard

Thunderbolt 5, Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 can all use a USB-C connector. A port photo cannot tell you which standard is present. For this family, rely on the Dell documentation, which lists 3 × TB5 only with RTX 5070, together with the configuration details shown above.
