The connector does not identify the standard

Thunderbolt 5, Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 can all use a USB-C connector. A port photo cannot tell you which standard is present. For this family, rely on the Razer documentation, which lists 1 × TB5 on RTX 4080 / 4090, together with the configuration details shown above.
